White Blossoms on Mint Stationery Set

These cards with attractive floral design are 100% handmade from the bark of the lokta plant, that grows in abundance in the foothills of the Himalayas. Removing only the bark of the plant promotes new growth, and ensures a sustainable, eco-friendly paper making process.

Giftsland is a family-owned business specializing in handmade decorative paper and stationery products, rooted in a legacy that began in Nepal in the early 1950s.

As a family-run fairly trade company, Giftsland is committed to creating beautifully handcrafted, eco-friendly paper products that reflect both tradition and sustainability. They work closely with skilled artisans and women owned and operated businesses in Kathmandu, fostering long-term partnerships that provide fair wages, support livelihoods, and empower local communities. Their decorative papers are individually handmade and silkscreened using the natural bark of the Daphne plant, which is sustainably harvested by villagers in the mountainous regions of Nepal. This raw material is carefully processed using age-old techniques to create unique papers into stationery and garlands, all while minimizing environmental impact.
