Buying a journal is easy but writing in it is hard. That’s why this journal comes with free access to the Open Journal Digital Library, a series of 7 day journaling courses that will support you on your journaling journey.

How it works:
1. Scan the QR code on the back of the first page for free access to the Open Journal Digital Library.

2. Sign up for which course you would like to take for example, The Basics, Stress & Anxiety, Clarity or Creativity & Unblocking

3. Once you are signed up, you will receive an email into your inbox each morning that guides you through the course with an inspiring daily topic and a prompt to guide your short journaling session.
04. You can take as many courses as you’d like or just use the journal to write freely on your own.
